Letting, Rent Collection & Management
15% of rent for the duration of the tenancy
Everything in the service above, plus day-to-day management and repairs, utility meter readings, working-fund management, gas, electrical and alarm safety checks, annual property visits, out-of-hours emergency cover, end-of-tenancy management and deposit return.
Management only
£250 handover plus 6% of rent (minimum)
For landlords who let a property themselves but want professional ongoing management once the tenant is in.
Vacant management (before letting, or between tenancies)
From £120 per month
Final figure depends on what is needed: visits, contractor access, utility administration and so on.

2% plus VAT of the agreed sale price
For landlords who instruct us to sell a property we have been letting for them. Sole agency, agreed in writing before instruction, with marketing and photography included. We see the sale through to completion. No hand-off to a separate progressor.
