London's most ambitious regeneration zone.
Elephant & Castle has been transformed faster than almost any other part of central London. The big set-piece is Lendlease's Elephant Park: a long-term redevelopment of the former Heygate Estate into a green-led residential quarter, with a new high street, a two-acre central park, and the towers at One the Elephant and South Gardens stitched into the fabric.
We've represented homes across most of the new schemes. Hurlock Heights and Stock House at Elephant Park, O Central on Crampton Street, South Central East on Steedman Street, the Roffo Court conversion on Boundary Lane, the original Brandon Street and Queens Row developments before that. The mix is heavy on architect-led new-build apartments with the kind of specification that hasn't yet been matched further south.
What people sometimes miss is what sits around the new build. Walworth Road has independent food and a Saturday market. Newington Causeway and the streets toward Kennington are quieter and full of period stock. Five minutes' walk gets you to Borough or the South Bank. Get in touch and we'll show you a few addresses across both sides of the postcode.
