Our brief was to track down the owner who was based in Malaysia and ascertain whether he was interested in selling the Freehold interest to this property. A deal was agreed to purchase the property unconditionally, contracts were exchanged and an application has just been submitted to replace the existing property with an A3 restaurant on the ground floor and luxury apartments above.
