We were asked to approach several potential buyers for the site with planning already in place. The development at Windsor Walk created eight spectacular luxury duplex apartments. The building was conceived as a split-duplex layout addressing the topography of the site, creating dynamic interiors and a series of green roof terraces to take advantage of the spectacular views across London.
